- Reviewing competing properties recently sold
- Checking the absorption rate
- Analyzing the odds of selling
- Discovering the advantages/disadvantages to the time of year you want to sell
- Setting up inspections (mechanical and pest for your property
- Outlining any repairs and improvements to be made
- Staging, decluttering, and de-personalizing your property for public viewings
- Making cosmetic enhancements to the interior and exterior
