Positively motivated.

Chelsea is the newest real estate broker with the Monteith-Legault Real Estate Company. She has worked in the industry for the majority of her career, but just recently became a fully licensed REALTOR®. Chelsea met Marji, Josh and Bobbi while employed at her first job after graduating from Ball State University. Now, nearly 5 years later, she couldn’t be more excited to be a part of the team.

Chelsea has always been inspired by hardworking, optimistic and self-motivated individuals. She strives embody these characteristics in her life on a daily basis. One of her favorite pieces of advice is, “Stop waiting for Friday, for summer, for life. Happiness is achieved when you stop waiting for it and make the most of the moment you are in now.” Her thought is, there is never a better time than now to be grateful and make the most of what you have. Chelsea was encouraged to look at life this way by her grandmother, Dini, who lived through extraordinary circumstances but has never failed to find the good in every day.

Chelsea is most proud of is her work ethic and positive outlook on life. She said, “I love helping people and put my full effort into everything that I do. I feel proud that everything I have, I have worked for.” In her free time, Chelsea loves to workout and play tennis. She also likes to try new restaurants around the city and play with her dog, Oakley (he even has his own Instagram).

In the next 10 years, Chelsea is looking forward to building her business and seeing as much of the world as she can. She made it a personal goal to travel outside of the United States at least once a year for the next 10 years. We are happy to have Chelsea on the team and appreciate her drive and excitement to be a part of the company.

Three interesting facts about Chelsea:
